Mr. Emani is an investor, a serial entrepreneur, and worked over 20 years in Private sector ,State, Federal agencies like USPS, USPTO, NLRB, DHS, U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) and US Intelligence agency. Mr. Emani has Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic from Nagarjuna University, India.

Shilpa Arora - Vice President

An Astute, result-oriented leader having managed diverse and progressive roles. Successfully proven experience in Program Management, IT Portfolio Management, Leading SAFE, AWS Cloud Projects, DevSecOps and Transitions of legacy systems.

Arora is outcomes-driven, delivering cost-effective large IT modernization programs and organizational transformation. She previously served as a Project Management Lead in Apple, NRECA, Marriott International, DOD, US Navy Forge, VA (Veteran Administration), and College Board.

She modernizes and streamlines the portfolio, providing cloud solutions, software development services (agile, DevSecOps practices, and microservices) and leading teams that support large IT transformation efforts.

She is experienced in providing complex IT solutions for government clients including systems modernization, DevSecOps, IT infrastructure/multi-cloud cloud hosting, AIOps, cybersecurity, and end-user support.

She brings over 20 years of experience in delivering solutions across the commercial, federal government with a specific focus on serving in key roles on some of the largest mission critical system modernization efforts in the federal civilian space.

Michael Ba - Technical Manager

Michael is Program Manager/Scrum Master with experience in Banking, Finance, Retail and Federal. Always striving to meet or exceed customer expectations while perfecting processes. Leading Software, IT Infrastructure, and business projects We strive to help our clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses by leveraging the latest technologies and best practices.

He was played key role to the modernization strategy for the USPTO portfolio of programs and internally steers technical delivery teams to leverage AWS and Azure infrastructure and DevSecOps frameworks. Having designed, managed, and delivered Identity Access Management products, he is well versed in working with agencies at FDIC, French Trade Commission and Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac.

Michael holds a Master Degree in Business Management (MBA) from North Carolina University as well as a B.S. Computer Science in IPC University School of Technology. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Expertise in CMMI Level 3 Certification.

Leveraging years of recruiting experience for commercial , federal companies, she works to matching skilled employees with suitable clients. Her comprehensive approach ensures a BRFS workforce is filled with highly competent staff while building an inclusive workplace model.
